We are a wholesale distributor of roofing, insulation and related products servicing contractors and building material dealers with 19 locations in the Midwest, Southeast, Southwest and East. Our 5 year strategic plan is to build a national network of branches managed by a strong Regional Vice President Team, to lead our entrepreneurial branch manager focused organization.

Training/Growth
Responsibilities
The Management Intern Program is a precursor to our Management Training Program. During the summer internship the candidate will complete assignments in customer service/inside sales, operations, and territory management. Upon completion of the program, if the candidate is the right fit for our Management Training Program a full time position will be offered for the candidate to join the company after graduation. Our Management Training Program includes assignments in the positions listed above to learn each function of running our business before becoming a Branch Manager.
The Branch Manager operates as a general manager of the business. Their responsibilities include sales management, full P&L responsibility, training of employees, vendor relations, and overseeing their Customer Service and Operations Teams.
